Our directors, Louise and Julian Correcha, are committed to providing the best possible private language tuition experience in Melbourne. 

Louise was born in Melbourne.  She studied linguistics and English teaching

at The University of Melbourne.  She speaks English, Spanish, Czech and

Russian.  She has lived in Australia, Colombia, the Czech Republic and Russia. 

Through Red English private tuition and corporate group training, she has

helped numerous professionals not only to improve their English, but also

adapt to the Australian workplace environment and business culture.  Driven

by a passion for high quality, personalised service, she leads a team of

dedicated, professional tutors working with Red English.

She personally developed the Red English tailored topic class system. 

This system allows companies to tailor their own course from a list of 30 possible

lesson topics.  This includes a Top 20 of her personal recommendations.  She is the author of the majority of the material in the tailored topic class system, including the two most popular items, Successful Business Writing - Parts of Speech  and Successful Business Writing - Tone, Readability and Top Tips.

Julian was born in Colombia (South America). He holds a degree as an Attorney at Law from the Universidad Externado de Colombia, and a postgraduate degree in Public Law as a Specialist in Public Management and Administrative Institutions, from the Universidad de los Andes. He worked as a corporate lawyer in Colombia before arriving in Melbourne in 2001. At that time, he spoke no English. He then studied English, Business Management and International Business. He has worked as a freelance Spanish tutor in Melbourne and also worked for several companies in different sectors including market research, customer service and law.

The skills, knowledge, values and passion of both directors puts them in a unique position to help professionals in their linguistic and cultural adaptation to living in Australia.
