Red English is committed to the provision of the highest level of language tuition services in Melbourne (Victoria). The following service agreement outlines the general terms and conditions of service.
1. Red English provides language tuition services, the details of which are provided on the Red English website. 2. All course fees and charges are payable in Australian dollars. Tutoring sessions will only be delivered once the course fees have been paid. 3. Red English language tuition services are delivered in provision of available tutors. In the event of not finding tutors available in the area requested, Red English will give a total refund when the service has not yet been provided. 4. You can use our online payment options as detailed in the payment section, or, once you have decided on and agreed to your preferred course length (number of hours), contact us and we will send you an invoice. The total balance on the invoice must be paid before tuition is delivered. Please note that credit card payments attract a 2.4% surcharge. 5. Tutors are not authorized to receive any payment from you. Your course fees must be paid to Red English. If you would like to have more lessons after you have finished your course, please contact us. 6. Red English one-on-one and small-group (of two or three) language tuition services require the provision of client(s) names. In the case that any of the client(s) is replaced, that eventuality has to be notified to Red English in writing and requires the approval of Red English. 7. You may occasionally need to cancel a session. Giving your tutor less than 24 hours notice prior to the scheduled session may lead to you losing that particular session from the total of hours/ sessions purchased. 8. Refunds will be issued within two weeks of receipt of written request. If for any given reason you decide not to continue with your course, Red English will give you a refund for the remaining hours minus a cancellation fee of 10% of the balance. 9. Red English reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective once they are posted on the Website.
